378 - Border around targeted unit

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

For party and raid frames, I know you can highlight the targeted unit, but I find it much easier to see a border around the targeted frame. Gladius, the arena enemies addon, exemplifies the usefulness of this behavior.

    This is exactly what I was looking for as well. Would be awesome if it could be implemented at some point.

    I would also like to see this. I think it would be a lot better to have a border for things like MouseOver, Target, and Focus, rather than the highlight.

    I'd love to see this option too, for all the things that are Highlights at the moment infact (so not just target, but also those with disease debuff, etc).
