Add option to set custom icons for Runes, Soul shards and Holy power (+ Chi/Combo points if possible).

I can share my custom icons if you want, they're just reworked spell icons with class coloured borders (took on wowhead),

nebula169 Aug 17, 2016 at 21:04 UTC - 0 likesI plan on making a generic secondary resource display eventually. Like 90% of the code is duplicated so it makes sense. With that there will be more options for custom textures and such.
