1115 - Possible to add opacity to auras?

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Set opacity for auras.

Please provide any additional information below.

I use a debuff list on top of raid frames to minimize real estate on the screen and would love to be able to set  the opacity of the auras so they a re less prominent on top of the raid frames.

Is this even possible? Just a slider would do nicely.
