234 - It's not possible to choose the framelayer

Most displaying Addons do support a layer for the frame to be displayed.
The layers are
BACKGROUND
LOW
MEDIUM
HIGH
DIALOG
FULLSCREEN
FULLSCREEN_DIALOG
TOOLTIP

It looks like Parrot uses the TOOLTIP layer. This means the combat text is in front of everything.
It would be really nice to be able to put the combattext behind the UI, Tooltip, ... (for me this would be layer BACKGROUND).
