218 - Feature request - select all items in this page/get all items in this page

Dear author,

sometimes, it's boring to select, one by one, all the items from AH or some else continuous mails. while we can do this through th menu configuration about AH, but this will remember the configurations, which I think it's not very convinient.

what about add two buttons: one is to select all items in this page, the other is to get all items in this page. I think this will make mailing more convienient.
