197 - Bundle attacks that use both weapons (DW)
Mutilate, Storm Strike, Whirlwind/Raging Blow as well as several Death Knight attacks when specced into Threat of Thassarian cause a secondary attack, by the name of "[ability] Off-Hand".
To the point, I propose a feature to bundle those with their main-hand attack, similar to throttling (which only bundles events by type)
