190 - Successful Spell Cast

What version of Parrot are you using?
1.10.22

What is the issue?
Can't get "Successful spell cast" to work.

Please provide any additional information below.
When I cast the death knight spell, "Pestilence," I want it to display a message on screen, but this doesn't seem to work.

It asks for <sourcename>, <destinationname>, <spell>
I tried
player, target, Pestilence

but it doesn't seem to work. Any help?
