175 - Scrolling Text conflict
Having Parrot enabled causes default floating combat text on target to be enabled and will not save preferences on log out. (Interface > Floating Combat Text > Target's Combat Text > Damage and Healing radio buttons are checked and active on each character upon log in even when they've been unchecked upon logout.) I have gone through and eliminated all my addons and it is only Parrot that causes this problem. I have version 1.10.20a (english) installed through the Curse client and am using a Mac with OS X 10.6.4.
