119 - Triggers for arena enemy frames

What version of Parrot are you using? 1.10

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

As an arena disc priest, I use sound and scroll area triggers for many things. I would LOVE it if i could use them for the arena enemy frames. It would be very valuable to know when that pally bubbles, or the mage ice blocks. At the moment, I'm putting the enemy in question on focus and using the focus unit selection in the conditions. I have it set for target as well, to increase the likelihood that ill be notified.. but arena frame support would be AWESOME. (if that is attainable, then throw in party support in triggers and it's just GG)

I LOVE this addon.
