Omen Threat Meter

105 - Omen3 never appears in-game

What is the issue?

I have tried to re-install Omen3 twice, but in the Addon menu in WoW it says it is out of date. And the meter never shows up in-game.
I have the newest Mists of Pandaria expansion installed.

I tried Google, and have tried different commands like, /show Omen /toggle omen /open omen ect, but it will never appear...

I am using the Curse client to download and install it. The version I have installed is : 3.1.8.

Any help would be appreciated.
