100 - Causes the item tooltip of "Ruby Acorn" to be shown

No idea, seems to happen quite randomly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Suddenly the item tooltip of the item "Ruby Acorn" is shown in the middle of my screen.

What version of the product are you using?
v3.1.8

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Most likely caused by line 1836 in Omen.lua which is:
ItemRefTooltip:SetHyperlink("item:37727")
