45 - World Map Key missing
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Random on login on some chars constant on others

The world map key does not appear and will not toggle when shift-clicking the map icon button
What version of the product are you using?
Lastest update for 5.4.2.
Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors produced as yet
Please provide any additional information below.
Unsure as what can cause this, have tried most things including uninstalling all other addons and clearing the cache but still persists/
