219 - Add no close on ESC function

In the old version we were able to comment out the line of code:

tinsert(UISpecialFrames, "WorldMapFrame")

To allow the user to not be able to close out the map on the press of the ESC key. Since the newest releases for legion this is no longer the case as the line of code no longer exsists. I assume it has to deal with how Blizzard is allowing addons to interface with the game.

I attempted to find where you call the use of the ESC key to close the map as well but had no luck.

This feature would allow users with multiple monitors to keep it up on one screen like i use to while farming and questing.
