52 - Mini Map Icon Inconsistently Present
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn on Warlock
2.Mini Map Icon Not There
3.Type /loggerhead
4. Option to show icon in Mini Map Not There
5. Turn on Shaman
6. Icon there, and option in loggerhead general configuration tab
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
Have tried reinstalling, and uninstalling and reinstalling with default setting. No change.
