22 - Tooltip Issues in windowed mode (moved from Bazooka)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I did change my UI Scale
2. It was in windowed mode. It appears correctly full screen.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Text on the right side was cut off. The addon is Blood Shield Tracker and uses LibQTip to display two columns of text. The right side of the right column was cut off. I was missing the right most digits on the numbers in that column. I'll attach a screen shot for you.
What version of the product are you using?
r152
Do you have an error log of what happened?

I call tooltip:Clear() and then repopulate it. The resulting tooltip is cut off on the right side exactly as the screenshot above shows. They display fine at first, it's only after a :Clear() that it ends up that way.
It makes no difference whether I'm running in windowed or fullscreen mode, however.
I'm about to commit a workaround to Scrooge - it seems that if I :Release() the tooltip and then re-acquire it, it doesn't get cut off.

I do not resize the tooltip provided by the plugin, so it's most probably libqtip's fault. please file a ticket there :)
cheers, mitch
