Update Quest and Gear Set libs. Add Garrison / Order Hall items.

I see that T17 and T18 was added last night, woohoo!, but I'm guessing that WoWHead isn't showing T17 right. Only the 670 iLvl version is available. T18 looks good.

Would it be possible to add the T(x) Raid Finder sets as well?

Some quest items, such as the Tome of Chaos (127115) are missing as well.

Some Garrison items are classified as consumable, others are not classified at all. I'd love to see a separate Garrison, and Order Hall, section for the armor upgrades & champion enhancements etc.

I'm a bit OCD with my bags if you couldn't tell.

Thanks for all the hard work on this library.
