24 - Error with LibDogTag
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When transitioning between zones.
2. Sometimes when targetting an npc, or pc and zoning out

Expect no error, but this one will show up.

Sometimes it'll get triggered when you are targetting an npc and zone out, unavoidable sometimes since for some quests you gotta be tagging the npc in order for them to send you somewhere.
