18 - Memory Usage on Zoning.

Since 4.0.1 hit, it's been taking me upwards of a whole minute to zone in to places. I have been trying to figure out the cause when I noticed that LibDogTag memory usage was skyrocketing close to 9mbs right after zoning in somewhere, before falling back to sub 1mb after a few short minutes time. Obviously something is going on during the zoning in process that is causing the memory usage to go haywire.

I'm currently using Dogtags externally with Pitbull4 exclusively.
