16 - :classcolor doesn't reflect custom class colors
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ClassColors mod and change class colors.
2. Insert dog tags that have the [ClassColor] modifier for text.
3. Notice that your custom class colors are not chosen, instead they are colored like the default class colors.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I wasn't sure if this was a defect or should be a feature request, so I went with defect, as the colors of the frames themselves do update with custom class colors, its only the text that is formatted with dogtags that does not. I can provide a screenshot if necessary.
