What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

A markup to add earned titles to the display of a text string, specifically, for adding title display to names in addons that use DogTags.

Please provide any additional information below.

    Bad ticket, [PvPRank], is already there. although changing the dogtag to [Title] would probably be nice, and rather simple.
