19 - Document lib:Refresh()

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

It would have saved me ALOT of trouble using this library in various addons if the documentation on the main page had mentioned lib:Refresh().

Yes I know it's visible in the library code, but this valuable function should explicitly be part of the documented public API.
