57 - issue when use %(percent) in position settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install only kgpanels and configure one panel to load with castbar
2.configure panel width and height to use % instead of pure value

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
3.now if you use something to show the frame it will work fine but :
4. if you reload your character or /console reloadui and try to use something to call castbar , the frame not showed

What version of the product are you using?
