114 - Frozen 3D Portrait enabled/disabled with moveable sliders like Elite/Party
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Ability to use freeze none animated 3D Portrait with the bars.

Personally I love fighting game style bars and people who enjoy arcades and such would love this type of feature ;)
