2. Enter battleground
3. Enter command /hhtdp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: (Name), (Name), (Name) Should be protected by priority!  (Name), (Name), (Name) Should be targeted by priority!
Instead: "No healers detected on either side"

What version of the product are you using?
2.4.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Unsure how to generate, will be happy to receive instructions

Please provide any additional information below.
Have checked that nameplates are active, and that healers are indeed present and active on both sides.
