60 - Icon invalid position after exiting from any instance

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Simple login
2.Enter any instance and progress half hour
3.Teleport out of instance (to dalaran) and open map

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The world map icon positions is invalid

What version of the product are you using?
1.4.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No
