11 - Trainer filters are not restored correctly.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Interact with any profession trainer NPC.
- Notice that all of the Available/Unavailable/Already Known filters are unchecked. Check them.
- Close the trainer window.
- Interact with the NPC again.
- Notice that all of the Available/Unavailable/Already Known filters are unchecked.

Please provide any additional information below.
GetTrainerServiceTypeFilter returns true instead of 1 for enabled filters, causing HandyNotes_Trainers to clear all filters when "restoring" them.
