481 - Delete Button - Show Indicators

The delete button knows whether it should work or not. But I don't think there's a good way for us to know which indicator(s) to visit to remove a status before we can delete the status.

It would be nice if this was available either:
1) as a tooltip on the delete button
2) enable the delete button and if you click on it, it says "Can't delete because the status is used in: indicator1, indicator2..."
3) same as 2 but give the option to remove it from the statuses and continue the delete.
