134 - Maintenance should allow for "wildcards"

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I'd like to be able to delete all the nodes in a given zone. If you were to add an "enable" checkbox to the "Database" and the "Node" selections (might as well do "Zone" as well) then the "Delete" button would activate when all "enabled" drop boxes were filled in. The "disabled" drop boxes would match anything (or everything).

Default state would be "enabled" for all three drop boxes and would give the current behavior.

Please provide any additional information below.
