Fixes the TradeSkill search bar
- Lets you shift-click items from the inventory to the search bar without having to click/focus the search bar first
(It's still possible to split stacks of items (while the window is shown) with shift-rightclick)
- Makes tradeskills shift-leftclickable
- Increases the width of the search bar
(Update) in Patch 7.1 shift-clicking materials to the search bar and the lowercase-only search were fixed
