100 - Scourgebane incorrectly reported as "always bad" for Feral DPS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Inspect a character with the Scourgebane enchant.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Per my post at the following URL, the Scourgebane enchant should be 100% acceptable. Post is made under account "nazrhyn".

What version of the product are you using?

Fair enough. Thanks Shadowed. Your standard of quality is admirable :).

    Fair enough.

I'll reflag it as a situational weapon with a note that it's only good in Icecrown/Naxxramas. I don't have the code for that right now, so I'll have to add it and it'll take me a few days due to being busy.

The problem with Berserking is that it got really trashed for ferals when they changed the proc mechanics. I procs significantly less now.

Best solution, though? I wouldn't look at any feral whose weapon has Massacre, Berserking or Scourgebane and say they're enchanted wrong or even sub-optimally. I'd say all three are fine.

The only caveat for Scourgebane is that it's completely worthless unless you're in Icecrown. If you can tie its valid-ness to what tier of content they're supposed to be in, I suppose that would be more specific.

It doesn't look completely acceptable, as Berserking is still better from how I'm reading the Elitist Jerks post. I'm not going to say no outright, but I need to look into it more.
