What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the elkano's config menu from command line or minimap, show the anchor.
2. Mouseover menu - (Error 1 posts)
3. Clear error, mouseover menu again - (Error 2 posts)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expectation is submenu generation. Instead, error is thrown, and then the menu becomes unresponsive until ui is reloaded.
