9 - Alignment of tail

What is the issue?
The tail is not aligned with the cursor anymore. My cursor will be centered in the screen and yet the tail is down in the left hand corner
Please provide any additional information below.

    Same issue, layer 1 is bottom left, layer 2 is top right while game cursor is center of screen
