What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: the bright graphic that should overlay your mouse so you can more easily see where it is to coorespond to where the mouse is actually located.
Instead: bright graphic several inches away from where actual cursor is.
What version of the product are you using?
Latest 7.0.3.1
Do you have an error log of what happened?
It does not generate one.
