4 - Patch disables options
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The new 7.0.3 patch somehow disables the options of this addon. It loads, but can't choose any options to enable it's former functionality.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
It doesn't throw any errors for me at this time.
Please provide any additional information below.
