13 - Effects do not follow cursor
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loading game
2. attempting any effect on cursor
3. moving cursor out of the bottom left corner
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Effects should follow the cursor, but they only are on the cursor in the bottom left corner. Distance from cursor increases the further up and right I take the mouse cursor.
What version of the product are you using?
7.0.3.1
