88 - Dancing Steel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Add an extra timer to show Dancing Steel buff
2.  Attack a target dummy until you get the buff, but classtimer does not show it.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see that timer bar.  It does not display.  This was working, but some blizzard patch or hotfix broke it.

What version of the product are you using?
2.3.50100.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
This was working in version 2.3.50001.1, but then it stopped working after some blizzard patch.  Updating to 2.3.50100.1 did not correct the problem.

    The bug is valid, classtimer doesn't track Dancing Steel ...
