65 - Unreliably showing procs
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Manually add proc effects (trinkets, ICC rep ring, weapon enchants etc)
2. Move above temp buffs to 'sticky' bar.
3. Move 'Tiger's Fury' to 'sticky' bar.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see all short term proc buffs as they occur.
Am seeing them rarely, if at all - they seem to only appear when some things are visible (eg Tiger's Fury)
What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors are showing in Bugsack.
Please provide any additional information below.
I've noticed it mostly on my feral druid, where part way through combat it stops working as intended and will only show short duration buffs sporadically.
