47 - Buff and debuff ownership
In a raid environnement there sometimes several people of the same class. For some abilities knowing who casted what is important (for instance any dots of any class).
I'd like to be able to see the name of the caster.
Or perhaps be able to choose if i want to see a timer from whoever casted it, or if i want to see a timer i casted. To be clear if you cast any DoTs you want to see only your owns to effectivly refresh them (or something that says it's yours) but you wanna be able to see timer a la Trauma/Mangle to be able to reapply it if it's not there or don't waste time reapplying it if it's there.
