200 - Movers (compatibility request)

 I found an addon that handles the quest interface with a nice background that simply makes it easy to read no matter the background. It is called Dugi questing essential and has to have control of the quest frame moving for the background to work correctly.

What I am asking for is compatibility that unlocks just the quest mover so that Dugi can move it around so that I can keep moving the Rest of the stuff.  You know, the mount graphic, repair guy, and the minimap itself.
