194 - Expander location customizable?

I'd like an option to position the expander.  Currently it comes up right in the center of the screen and I sometimes use it while moving, which is harder if it's in the way of my view.  I think I hard-coded this last time but now that I've updated it's gone again.  Maybe an option?

    The location options were disabled temporarily while I got the rest of the module working. Now that it appears stable, more options including strata and position will return. :)

    Oh, maybe a strata option for the expander as well? It's fighting with some of my other screen elements for which is on top.
