89 - Character or class specific highlighting
I'd like to get alerts when I'm on my mage and someone asks for a "port" or "portal". I can use the highlight feature but I get the alerts on all my alts as well. So it would be nice if this were a per-character setting. The implementation might be merged into whatever logic is needed to do the filtering for ticket 22 (suppressing other addon noise that mentions one's name).
