792 - Class Colors not working properly

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Players' names are always grey, even after a /who. They show as Name-Server instead. My name also shows as Name-Server, even in /say. This only happens on one character, Soe-Zul'jin. The addon works normally on all my other characters.

Managed to fix it with the solution proposed here, by Tanoh: https://www.wowace.com/addons/chatter/tickets/282-guildmate-names-not-class-colored-since-5-4-2/#c3
