791 - Sticky Channels Not Working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activating Sticky Channels does not appear to work anymore

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No, this was not the expect output. After activating sticky channels and then switching between channels while chatting, a user's previously used voice channel will be used as opposed to the voice channel that a user would have previously assigned.

What version of the product are you using?
7.0.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log is provided as it does not cause a crash.
