42 - providing a module for changing mouseover transparency
What does the provided patch do?
ChatAlpha.lua is supposed to be a tiny module for changing the mouse-over transparency of all chat frames
by setting DEFAULT_CHATFRAME_ALPHA using a slider. Just that.
ChatAlpha.LdeDE.lua contains some strings for the deDE locale.
Feel free to crunch it up.
