284 - Player tooltips while hovering over chat
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Wasn't sure under what to categorize, but since I use TipTac for tooltip enhancing, it would be nice if you could somehow (if even possible) to block the tooltips appearing when hovering over chat when someone is behind it. Provided a screenshot to show what I mean. Otherwise, great job! Please keep it updated!

LithiFreewind Jan 09, 2014 at 22:30 UTC - 0 likesAnd to avoid confusion, the tooltip is anchored from the bottom right corner, meaning I hovered over chat and not on the edge(top corners of tooltip) of my panel.
