271 - Hovering over items in chat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I hover over an item in the chat that is interactive, it displays the items details over the mouse.
2. If i were to scroll or it scrolls from more being said in the chat, the details on the mouse will stay on the screen until i find another item and go over it to get rid of the details.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?

1.4.4
Do you have an error log of what happened?
I don't think so
