29 - Call to Arms - sound and what to watch

When getting an alert for "Call to arms" the configured sound is not played, though it plays for testing purpose in the configuration dialog.

Additionally, I would like to have the possibility to choose, which dungeon type I want to get a "call to arms" message for -- normal, heroic or timewalking (if available)
Especially Timewalking is strongly recommended, due to the relatively high bonus you could get (60 tokens is quite a number).
