1 - Hide the text outside of raids

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Would be great if the text would be completely empty outside of instances instead of showing a static "0". Then I could hide the icon in my LDB display and Broker_BattleRes would be completely invisible until needed.

Please provide any additional information below.
