5 - nonmovable fu's
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. since the patch not today but a week ago i've been unable to move my fu's i can set them to right left or center but can't drag and drop them to gets them orginized.
2. as a note i deleted my wtf folder after the patch to avoid buggs caused by patching....

used to be able to drag and drop the plugins from bar-bar and reorginize them
