What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. with all but chocolate bar (latest version) and broker uClock loaded for addons
2. with hourly chime selected
3. choose any sound from dropdown list
4. click speaker icon in menu
5. sound will not play
* reset all ui preferences
* sound was on (other sounds can be produced in-game)
* volume was up (other sounds can be produced in-game)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for the hourly chime sound to play

What version of the product are you using?
3.3.7 (tried 3.3.6 & 3.3.5)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error log was generated.

Please provide any additional information below.

Note: did not actually wait until the top of the hour to listen for a sound, just using the in-game addon menu to test for sound.
